If you are found to be in violation of any the City of Lago Vista Laws and/or Regulations, you may choose to contest your citation with a hearing.

Should a defendant wish to reset any court setting, the defendant may file a Motion for Continuance with the court seven days prior to the court setting. The Motion for Continuance will be presented to the Judge. If the defendant's motion is denied, the defendant is expected to appear for the original court setting.

Si se determina que está en violación de cualquiera de las leyes y / o regulaciones de la ciudad de Lago Vista, puede optar por impugnar su citación con una audiencia.

En caso de que un acusado desee restablecer cualquier configuración de la corte, el acusado puede presentar una Moción de aplazamiento ante la corte siete días antes de la audiencia de la corte. La Moción de Aplazamiento será presentada al Juez. Si se rechaza la moción del demandado, se espera que el acusado comparezca ante el tribunal original.
