UPDATE – Utility Billing Portal Issue Resolved
The issue affecting the online utility billing portal has been corrected. All account balances and bills are now reflecting the accurate amount owed.
If you made a payment while the incorrect balance was showing, any overpayment has been credited to your account and will be applied toward your next utility bill.
