The Lago Vista Police Department has accepted applications for the 2025 Citizens Police Academy (CPA) committee. This committee will be responsible for selecting the curriculum for the 2025 Citizens Police Academy and collaborating with PD staff to develop the program.
To be eligible to participate in the committee, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Reside or work in Lago Vista
- Be at least 18 years old
- Successfully pass a basic background check
Be on the look out for the 2025 Citizens Police Academy registration late 2024.
